Samuel Taylor

Licensee Salesperson

In a fast-paced industry where calmness is at times required, Samuel’s positive and caring nature shines through.

Living a balanced lifestyle comprising daily exercise and meditation, Samuel brings to the industry years of property management experience via a hugely successful family owned and operated business in his home town of Wellington. In 2016 he worked on leading edge projects The International and The Pacifica in residential property sales at CBRE. Prior to this, Samuel worked in commercial sales and leasing for two years in Wellington. His experience portfolio is wide and covers the many facets of our industry which is rare.

Samuel is a determined and dogged competitor with a commitment to his clients that when he says he will do something, he does it and is truly a man of his word.

A millennial with a difference, Samuel understands that the real estate process has never changed. Instead, we need to understand where buyers are now looking to purchase property and how we can best capture their interest away from the norms of the past. His new ideas, ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing dynamic environment and commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of life are some of Samuel’s most admired traits. A key example is this is his role on the Ray White Auction Excellence Committee which drives the policy and procedure around ensuring successful auctions for all salespeople and their clients across the group.

Samuel’s main philosophy in life is to enjoy it, and simply be happy. Samuel is a determined and dogged competitor with a commitment to his clients that when he says he will do something, he does it and is truly a man of his word.

His core values being solutions focused, empathy and motivation are strongly validated in his day-to-day life as he recently put his hand up to form a group of like-minded people from New Zealand and Australia who came together as one. They put together a conference whereby real estate salespersons purchased tickets to listen to respected leaders within our industry talk about issues and struggles they had faced. All money raised went towards the victims’ families of the Christchurch terror attack in March 2019. This was called RISE 2019 and just under $200,000 was raised.
