Ryan Dixon has held and maintained a passion for real estate and the property market from a young age. Matching his passion for property is Ryan’s pursuit of achieving excellent results in his real estate work.

His realty career extends over more than 8 years, during which time he has thrived on the many challenges and changes within the industry and in the marketplace.

Ryan has been personally involved in real estate transactions totalling in excess of 100 million dollars, ranked in top 20 agents for most settled deals during his tenure at NZ largest full service real estate company and was also awarded the their prestigious best marketing award in New Zealand.

Specialising in the luxury residential market within the Auckland Eastern Suburbs, Ryan also excels with special project marketing and the successful selling of these property projects.

Part of Ryan’s accomplished sales portfolio includes the selling of hotels, lodges, land developments and high-end commercial/residential and coastal assets.

While marketing, negotiating and concluding such sales, Ryan has worked closely with and built lasting professional relationships with many of New Zealand’s leading lending institutions, company receivers and financial institutes such as HSBC, ANZ, BNZ, Westpac, KordaMentha NZ, Auckland Mortgage Trust, and Corporate Finance Limited.
