Dianne joined Ray White in 2021 following a period working in the Auckland region with a number of property developments and is a long-time investor herself. Her expertise in this, combined with her extensive background in the high-energy international fashion business, means Dianne is a resourceful, perceptive and enterprising real estate professional.

Dianne grew up in Auckland after moving here from Taiwan. Graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Design Degree majoring in costume design and fashion, she moved to the USA and worked as a shoe designer for a large Chinese manufacturing company. Then she spent many years working and travelling the world with roles in logistics, design, and management for several high-fashion brands in Australasia and the USA. In 2015, back in Auckland she became fully immersed in the family’s property development enterprises.

Dianne has a wealth of experience when it comes to land and property but she also has inherent creative skills which she uses to assist home-owners preparing their homes for market. As a person with a great eye for detail, Dianne has on many occasions provided invaluable advice on staging, coming up with innovative ideas to visually enhance a home. Very client-focussed, Dianne is a Remuera local and Mum to a young son, so understands the importance of family and creating the home lifestyle you desire.
