If you have ever wanted your very own nature reserve, then we encourage you to come and view 47A Hendry Avenue. As you walk towards the home and enter through the front gate, you get the first of many delightful surprises. Mature Nikau Palm, Pongas, Bromeliads & other native and exotics line the footpath leading to the front doors. This area enjoys wonderful morning sunshine, making it the perfect spot for breakfast.

The open-plan living area is light and bright, with warm timber flooring in the kitchen & dining area spilling out onto a deck overlooking the rear of the property. Off the hallway leading to the double internal access garage are a well-appointed family bathroom and 3-double bedrooms all with built-in-wardrobes, including the master with en-suite bathroom. Morning tea on the deck off the master bedroom, will have you watching Fantails & Silvereyes fliting from branch to branch in the old oak tree. Kereru, Tui, Grey Warbler & Kingfisher can also often be heard and seen. Even the Morepork at night are a delight to hear as they hunt for their evening meal of insects.

For art lovers, two streets over, there is Pah Homestead with its own caf, and Monte Cecilia Park, with lovely established trees and an "off leash" area for dogs. Another favourite place for local dog walkers, is Onehunga Lagoon.
