It's a big day ahead, there's plenty to do before friends and family turn up at your home, because it's easily the nicest one, to relax and unwind and share some neighbourly spirit, which there is always plenty of in your quiet street. You can grab everything you need at local shops or nearby in the centre of Ellerslie Village with so much to choose from.

Everyone starts arriving, the music is playing, the bifold doors are open bidding everyone welcome and prompting them to spread out - there's so much space here. You're in the big contemporary kitchen whipping up enough to feed an army, or out on the deck at the BBQ, admiring your beautifully planted tropical garden. The teens are in the heated pool taking selfies, and the little ones are doing cartwheels on the big, flat lawn while the boys play some basketball on the spacious paved area at the rear of the home. As the sun goes down, the outdoor fire gets lit, laughs and stories are shared - memories are created. The kids retreat inside to the comfortable lounge, after all the playing in the treehouse has tired them out.

It's bedtime, you laugh to yourself recalling how there was no fighting over bedrooms when you moved in because they're all of a similar size - except for yours, with its ensuite and walk in wardrobe and French doors to the deck, it's your retreat within a retreat. Another busy day tomorrow, walking the dog at Michaels Ave reserve just down the road, and the kids have school - thankfully they're nearby so they can walk or get the bus. Contented with your astuteness in buying while you could, you go to sleep glad you didn't delay in securing your home.
